I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and the level of service each time was inconsistent and based on the mood of the staff. This time was the worse. Coming straight from the international airport after a long flight. Always requesting a non smoking room. This time they put us in a smoking room. I immediately start coughing because of my allergies. Calls to the front office non stop to change the room. At this time we just want to sleep. Finally we managed to change the room. The thing that i find so dissappointing about this hotel is the fact that they don t really cater for foreigners. All the food is Indonesian or Asian. If there are any international food options its very limited and not available every day. Im sorry but I can t eat rice for breakfast and your bread selection is old and stale. Tried one time to join buffet dinner when promised by staff that they will have western food options. Well those options were dry pasta dish and stale dinner roles. From all of the food in the buffet and there is plenty of it there isn t much for foreigners to eat. Very disappointing when compared to other hotels. And the breakfast coffee taste terrible. Food on the buffet is cold because chaving dishes are not even switched on. Staff in the front desk is uninterested to help in any way. If you get sick don t ask them for help. They will not make an effort to let you know that there is a hospital only 50 meters away. Thank God for google maps.

Nice hotel and good food in the restaurant. The staff is also very kind, especially Sya'ban from the restaurant! We liked the tahu isi.

The facility was great. The hotel room was nice. The meeting room was so comfy. The food was amazing. Everything was great. Mas Daru's is so friendly and helpful. What a great hotel!

this hotel has a design that looks fancy and cozy, every corner of this hotel makes me wanna shoot it. the rooms are so so comfortable and quite spacious, clean and well-kept. the luxurious hotel atmosphere was also peaceful, the pool and restaurant i liked the most. the food at the restaurant is good, the service is quite nice. and omg there was this waiter mr. Gibran, he’s very friendly! polite and helpful, he meets the needs of customers and actively answers if there's anything i don't already know, he also helped me recommend any foods i like

TLDR: Booked a ballroom for a company event and end up blacklisting this venue. Everything was good and ballroom is nice enough. I compliment Pak Endun as he’s very quick, a problem solver and offered great service. My issue is with the banquet manager, Pak Ayub. He is rude to client, bad communicator and frankly too snobby. Apparently clients are expected to follow unknown rule (never informed to us, even not written in the contract, and never happened in other hotels/venues) that is made by him, not by the hotel but by him as he said, and I quote, “I am the one who made this rule.” It’s a shame really, since this hotel is nearby our office and was shortlisted for our future events. But since this issue happened, I very much will avoid Santika venue until they change the banquet manager. —— We booked for half day starting at 3PM, started loading at 11 PM the night before as agreed with the sales team. By dawn, our backdrop and everything is already in place inside the ballroom. At 10AM, my team started preparing as there are a lot to cover when suddenly someone from banquet team told them that they are not allowed to enter the room before noon and even argued with my team. This is the ballroom that we have paid and already had our setup inside. I asked the banquet PIC and he mentioned that it’s okay to start preparing but then I was directed to Pak Ayub to coordinate. Turns out he’s the one who ‘chased away’ my team and after I talked to him, the banquet PIC told me I can’t prepare before noon. On the phone call, Pak Ayub told me that this is a rule that he made and all clients need to follow it. Strange, since apparently his own team doesn’t know about this rule and we are not informed prior by either the sales and PIC banquet. During the event, no one from banquet team are on stand by, we need to look around. We ordered 200pax and our attendants are 150ish, but somehow there is only little food available by the end of the event and I needed to keep asking them to refill the empty containers.
